Matshepo Makube, Managing Director of Kgatelopele Management Recruitment is a Honours Graduate in Industrial Psychology, obtained at the University of Johannesburg. Being in the recruitment industry for three years Matshepo has gained exposure and experience in dealing with industry leading clients in the fields of FMCG, Engineering, Manufacturing, Petrochemical to mention just a few. She has facilitated at successfully placing senior executives in various industries. Dedicated effort, commitment to service delivery and passion are characteristics that shape Matshepo and these qualities are what she will bring to the client.

Leonie Fischer, Director of Kgatelopele, is focused on People Development, Coaching and Mentoring. Through her knowledge and over 20 years experience in the industry, she developed Matshepo's career to the level that it is today. Since 1986 she has been involved in HR consulting, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and selection, contracting, executive search, response handling, recruitment advertising, interim management projects and management and executive coaching. She spent 13 years of her consulting career within the Adcorp group facilitating in senior management positions within Quest Personnel for 7 years. Within the same group she was the Managing Director for Admark, holding a national portfolio, from 1994 - 1998.
