Kgatelopele Management Recruitment undertakes to recruit and introduce suitable candidates in line with the Job Description as agreed upon with the Client. Our company will facilitate all interviews between the Client and the Candidate. All reference checks, where possible, will be conducted by us. We will facilitate salary negotiations. When handling Search Assignments, we have a different strategy and methodology we follow. This will be discussed with you once a Search Assignment is secured. The process to be followed is thus as follows:

• Thoroughly understand the job description and agree on the requirements of the job as stated in the job description in order to maximise the search process
• Conduct a comprehensive database search
• Advertise the job on career portals that reaches a wide spectrum of career seekers locally and internationally
• Conduct competency based interviewing and targeted based interviews
• Establish and understand the candidates career decisions and help map out a career development plan for them
• Compile a shortlist of suitable candidates
• Present the shortlist to you the client
• Once the candidate has been placed successfully, we will conduct a follow up on their progress for a period of 3 months
